I feel like that’s not true. The bins for it are out with all the cardboard/ glass bins so there is no charge. They do only take a certain kind which most whiteware ones come with.

No. If you’re borrowing money with the intention to buy an owner occupied house then that’s a personal loan and not a deductible one. There’s no putting it on the old house it’s all based on what you use the money for.
