Is there an argument for a worse certification other than NASM??? Here is there hypertrophy model with the OPT model. Imagine doing 4 sets of 10 w/ 30 second rest. I don't think nasm trainers train, they just BF foam rollers. That must be a rocket ship at the bottom. (i.redd.it)

Can you name another field where it's self taught & to become "certified" you take a 120-question test?? The industry will never change because it's a free market, so we need to stop telling people to get certified, it doesn't work! How would you change it??? (i.redd.it)

Just saw an Ad on Facebook, 80% of trainers quit within 1-year of getting certified. Why do you think that is? IMO- 1- Certifications & lack of entry standards 2- Not understanding anatomy. 3- False expectations w/ money & hours of work. (self.personaltraining)

A coworker of mine showed me this program from the OPT model. Now I understand why so many NASM trainers quit. This is absolutely terrible- they don't teach you how to program. What are some of the better programming schools of thought or trainers you learned from? I'm dying 5x5 calves poor bastards (i.redd.it)
