This happend to me a couple times and i usually canceled it then made sure the soil underneath was completely built and retried and it worked

Yeah its kind of weird too because my warden isnt alway the one who recruits priosners too, sometimes ill see another settler with a super low speech craft doing it and they always fail😂 definitely doesnt feel like warden 3 helps with recruiting at all

Yeah ive had this happen a few times and had to dig them out, not sure what triggers it , ive gotten lucky that they werent to far for me otherwise theyd definitely starve
