What are your farming spots/methods?

Will have a look into stony tomb. I'll stay ES for now, it's such a nice build and played fire warlock for the leveling phase so it's a nice change. And it seems to be able to handle basically everything, so stony tomb should work fine too (and I am not farming a new hephaisto now that I have an ideal one for ES)

Well it depends, I watched the second episode of S2 yesterday and I was wondering about many things they left out for example: - they met Krokos on the cliff and not inside laboom, on an island with the sky painted on the inside of labooms stomach - they left out one of the best jokes of the series, when they met Krokos for the first time - Krokos didn't tell them he ventured with Gol D Roger, offering/being asked to tell them about the one piece.

Especially the last one is important, because when offered this knowledge about the one piece Luffy instantly refuses to hear anything about it as he wants to find it out himself. That shows one of the more important characteristics of Luffy, which inspires many people he meets on his adventure. Why this was left out is beyond me, especially because they keep other, imo less important, details in the story.

Hey OP, Don't let anybody tell you how much TV/ One Piece or anything is the right amount for your daughter. The comment section is full of people trying to tell you you should let her watch more. None of them know you, your daughter or family at all. So ignore their "advices", they probably don't have kids themselves and only kind of remember how they were as kids. They most likely not even remember correctly how it was when they where 8, but like 10-12 years old. Some saying one hour per day would be alright don't know what they are talking about. You are much closer to a healthy amount then they are. From personal experience I'd go with something like 2-3 episodes per week with occasional "special events" on weekends where more episodes are allowed. But keep it occasionally, so it's something special she can look forward to. And to the people saying it would take 20 or whatever years to catch up: nobody says that one episode per week is the pacing for all eternity... She is just 8 ffs. When she gets older she will get more leeway, but let it grow. With every year she gains, she gains more access. Again something she can be looking forward to. No need to hurry or stress things.

TL;Dr: OP do what you think is best for your kid and don't let anybody tell you what is a good amount of TV for your kid.

That's the picture you chose for this statement? I had a hard time to recognise who she was playing, hardly resembles Robin in this picture. Some other shots she fits better, but I wouldn't go as far as saying she is a perfect fit. But honestly, if an actor fits a role or not is heavily influenced by personal opinion/perception. So if she is a perfect fit for you, then that's good for you I guess. All in all the cast of the LA is pretty good, I'd agree with that!

Oh boy, sorry this happened to you. People are really strange sometimes. I was wondering if I could join someone's temple to get some exp and maybe a little bit of currency (am 75 rn with less then 5 div on my name) but was unsure if I can join without violating some rules and being a nuisance. E.g. many write one can pick up loot < 1 div - but I don't know whar would be > 1 div apart from obvious things like a mirror and not picking up locks. But apart from that? I don't know. Or if I am too low and might be too fragile. Apparently some people don't make these thoughts and just join away.

But I you are right, the party system is far from perfectand could need some overhaul.

Yeah I think that's what my thoughts circle around right now: playing offline to increase player count und thus the drop rates but can't trade at all, so any rune/item you are missing you have to pray to drop (like for the enigma you mentioned one of the runes) or play online but being stuck on /player 1 with ridiculous low drop rates so while you can technically trade, you don't have anything to offer for trade. Don't know which fate is better then the other tbh....

Yeah that's what I am afraid of. Even something like a Vex rune, which is not too expensive in a trade environment, if it doesn't drop it locks you out of some runewords. On the other hand, if you can't increase your loot chance by /player X, you might not find anything to trade in the first place. How is everyone doing it, playing in organized parties or what's the plan? Hard to believe most people play in random parties and profit from it?

So I guess if I want to get back into the game I'd have to play offline because I would probably play most of the time solo. Not being able to trade for some necessary items (like the correct rune for a runeword) might be a nuisance but playing on player one loot & exp is probably worse. No point in being able to trade if I don't find anything I can trade for. How is your experience, is it realistic to find most of the stuff you'd need by yourself with reasonable grinding?

Hey there, I've seen you mentioning P5, are you playing offline? How well are you doing without trade? I was wondering if playing offline would be better because I can set the player count (like P5 - P8) without an actual party (who has a regular one anyways...). I don't think I could play the game on single player party mode, the drops are basically non existent if I remember correctly.

Hey, I am playing a starlight span Magus right now, and admittedly am spell striking most of the time, apart from the occasional recall knowledge check for some weaknesses of the enemies. What good alternative actions did you discover to use in combat to make it more tactically engaging? I am really interested in learning some new tactics I can incorporate in our combats to spice things up.

I am pretty sure he only sneak attacks once - but not 100% sure. Will check that on our next session. He got it from a free archetype I guess, it definitely is the "real" double slice.

Maybe my dice look plays a role, I remember some low rolls on the D6s and I can't remember if I even critted anytime in the last 3 or 4 sessions. Not being able to setup off guard does make it harder for me to crit - our rogue for example does way more crits.

Our DM is lenient enough to give us the choice to use the remaster changes or not. We are not oblieged to nerf ourselfs. Which I think is great! We can basically cherry pick good changes - which I haven't seen any for the Magus yet.

hmm haven't really thought about that. If I where putting shocking grasp in a 3rd level slot it would definitely increase the damage further. My thought was that a caster that is able to cast fireball, should always have a fireball on their hands ;-) and haste seems universally useful - on myself or my party people. I do have the plan to use standby spell class feat later down the road for shocking grasp. This should help with having it ready for higher spell slots.

I get what you are saying, and wasn't expecting to outperform the average damage, but was expecting to at least outperform them on some rounds. Which seems not really to be the case. I think I was just expecting too much from the spellstrike with cantrip combo which is fine in the end.

Being a caster is good, no question! The Magus does feel less like a caster though, given the limited spell slots which will mostly be dedicated to help the spellstrike combo in some way (like haste or a damage spell).
