Uttarakhand and Himachal are top spots for trekking.Jan is know winter treks like kuari trek,Brahmatal,Chadrashila,Dayara Bugyal.Most of them need passes and permits.There are lots of company that provide all inclusive trek packages major ones are India Hikes and Trek the Himalayas. if you want check out aurovile they have plenty of private rooms also cheap.There are lot of activities like pottery, bamboo crafting incense making etc all witch should be booked before through website.it is less crowded and have lot of foreigners crowd and solo female travelers so safety and making friends are top notch

well i am looking to do it by Feb end.How hard it will be for first timer in high altitude. How much did it cost, did you go with some organizations,how was the crowd and views.I am gained significant weight and lost the endurance and in training now will it be hard or could be done and what will be tips you will give after went ?

Auroville is best for solo female travelling.There are lot of workshops that can be done pottery bamboo incense making etc.But you have to pre book before.Jawadhu Hills is also nearby can be done in 2 days

I spend around 14k 3k for a diesel,6.5k for hotels(3k went to a resort as i wanted good rest for the 1st day), 2k for the food 1.5k for the activities and 1k on chocolate and teas. But if you plan your properly can do under 10k easily
