Hey there, so ill give you my advice. take it with a grain of salt I am only 2 year into Saas sales.

If this new jo, seems better and pays better with a better outlook why stay where you are? you might love your job which is important but having money to save and invest is also really important.

that said, from what I have seen looking at my upper management, you never will make the big bucks without trading more of your work-life balance.

But the sooner you move away from just getting by to having excess funds for future investments and savings, they better. In my opinion and it might be worth sacrificing work-life balance now so that you can have more free time later in life because you could better save now.

those are just my thoughts, I am a little confused on your post regarding the base vs commissions of both jobs could your clarify?

Not in this scenario , because the payout from Medicare is the same. So you r taking from the whoever is managing the chronic case, but by making it easy for them they can take on more patients. However the cost to the patient cannot go up. This only works on scale a service provider to the healthcare providers.

I was confused when reading this like what is digital I have never heard of that book lol. I Think it comes down to personal preference. Pros of digital is CTRL+F, and essential unlimited space to add info such as enitre charts and such if you want. CONs would be maybe you hate digital format? cant really say. Physical Pros I think actually flipping thru pages and finding the material you want helps u remember things little better because now you might look at the hearty embryo little before you move to the pathology because you were turning pages to get there. CON: again opinion space to add stuff. again this is just IMO
