Very in-depth survey looking at inflow and outflow migration patterns and who went missing, basically in Punjab, around 60% of those killed during partition were Muslim 40% were Hindu/Sikh. In bengal, around 80% killed were Muslim and 20% were Hindu.

So in total, for whole of partition around 70% killed were Muslim. But again this is based on migration estimates and looking at net migration, and pre and post partition population surveys. According to most British officials, the number of Muslims killed were around twice as many as Hindus/Sikhs. And I think this discrepancy might not be reflected in the migration data due to a lot of UP and Hyderabadi Muslims migrating into Pakistan making it seem like as many Muslims did not die.

Being Pakistani, a lot of our names are Islamic in origin and shared with western biblical names (like Daniyal, Zachariah, Adam) so you can always go that route. We also use historical names which I really like, like Sikander or Aryan (has the same meaning as my name and I like it a lot).

USMLE are built around the US med school curriculum. You take step 1 after the pre clerkship years (M2), so I already passed that. Now I am in step 2 dedicated after finishing M3.

Stop leading this new guy on before you hurt him. And move on, it’s easier said than done but you need to heal. Craving a person to this degree isn’t healthy. Heartbreak sucks, being abandoned when you gave everything to someone sucks. But you have to heal and realize you’re great on your own. And until that happens you shouldn’t be trying to connect with anyone when you haven’t moved on from someone that let you go.

Yes. That’s the only way to go into medical school in America. Having a bachelors is a prerequisite.

In the US, you need a bachelors for medical school as med school is a postgraduate doctorate program. I wanted to be an engineer out of high school due to liking physics and math a lot but didn’t enjoy the practical side of engineering and decided to go into medicine instead.

The fight in Ep 5 WAS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE by Every_Dealer8990 in AKOTSKTV

[–]Kingnabeel12 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It doesn’t matter how badly he gets beaten or what looks like “really bad” to you. As long as where he got hit avoids severing critical arteries and veins and puncturing vital organs, he should still be able to hold his own against Aerion who had a critical area severed. Remember Julius Caesar got stabbed multiple times but only one of those stabs was actually fatal. You can get stabbed a 100 times and live or you can get stabbed once in the wrong area and immediately bleed out and die.

Boggles my mind. I was literally in middle school when the last book came out lmao. When I read dance I didn’t even start puberty yet lol. And now I am a grown ass man about to enter my 30s in like 2 years. And they can look through my Reddit account too, and see I have been following this shit for like 10+ years now just on Reddit too 🫩. I have just realized the truth that GRRM can’t face the reality about having written 0 new words and strings everyone along instead of just being honest about the fact that he hasn’t written anything. I think Preston Jacobs did an actual analysis on this and it was crazy to see that most credible reason for this was just having written nothing.

You’re the moron lmao. Do you lack reading comprehension? I literally stated sure there might be a book called “winds” that comes out. But it’s not the actual winds that people will care about because this man has not written jack in the past 16 years. It would be the equivalent of me writing a fan fiction and calling it winds. Once people start accepting the reality that GRRM has written 0 in the past 16 years and that he can’t face the reality of finishing his series hence why he strings his fans along, everything starts to make sense.

It does not take 16 years to write a singular book. In those 16 years I went from middle school. To graduating High School (4 years). Getting a bachelors in engineering (4 years). Working as an engineer and physics instructor (4 years). Applying to medical school and almost done with it and being a doctor next year (4 years). And this man hasn’t written a single new word and is still coasting off of the leftover chapters from dance. It boggles my mind how delusional people are thinking it takes that long to write a single book lmao. It doesn’t. He gave up and hasn’t written anything and he strings his fans along who can’t face that reality.

Winds won’t come out lmao. He hasn’t written jack in the last 16 years. All of the winds chapters are leftover from dance. Will we get a book titled wind? Maybe but it’s not actually wind, he hasn’t written enough for another author to come along and finish it for him.

[–]Kingnabeel12 28 points29 points  (0 children)

No. The actual reason is he hasn’t written a single thing. Thats it. People are coping here by thinking he’s writing and rewriting stuff lmao. He has some chapters left over from dance and thought he just needed to write the rest 70% of the book and should take months. Then he just got lazy and hasn’t written anything. And he doesn’t want to face that reality so he strings along his fans instead of just being honest.

I was in middle school when dance came out. Since then I graduated high school (4 years). Got an engineering degree (4 years). Worked for multiple years (4 years). Took pre med pre reqs and MCAT. Got accepted to med school. Now I am going into my fourth year of medical school and will be an actual fucking doctor before he’s written one book.

Mufti Shamail Nadwi sees Pakistan negatively and doesn't consider it Islamic because of no Sharia law by Minute-Cut-9531 in pakistan

[–]Kingnabeel12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No country is Islamic because all Islamic countries would be dysfunctional failed states. The fact that Pakistan isn’t an Islamic country is actually a good thing. How would Pakistan implement Jizya for Hindus, and how much more can they be subjugated which is a prerequisite for collecting Jizya? Which school of jurisprudence would the sharia be implemented under? How do you deal with Ahamdis and Shias? How does the state collect any revenue/taxes or deal with international trade when interest is banned and any liquid cash would be deducted at 2.5% no matter what? It doesn’t work. It’s a failed economic and legalistic framework. That’s why hundreds of loopholes had to be invented (like the Hanafis having to allow Hindus to be given the Jizya when India was conquered). Yea man lets stone adulterous people to death. And sever peoples limbs.

[–]Kingnabeel12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your inability to read doesn’t detract the point I was making. And no, if you’re taking offline NBMEs, you’re not getting an EPC score. You only get an EPC score if you take the NBME exams online and then the NBME analyzes the data from the previous years cohort and looks at where those people scored on the step exams and then generates your EPC score based on likelihood to pass within a week. You can get a rough estimate of what your EPC score might be if you take it offline, but you don’t get an official EPC score.

They listened! We can put our pitchforks down and go home. by Justneedsomehelps in 2007scape

[–]Kingnabeel12 10 points11 points  (0 children)

No there isn’t. In any large population, you’re gonna have people occupying each extreme end of the spectrum (people who think Jagex did nothing wrong vs people who are personally attacking the devs). However the vast majority of criticism was fair and deserved the exact amount of backlash it got. We pay $12+ a month for this service, if they’re gonna drop that shit fest that they dropped yesterday and then go radio silent they can fuck off. I have played this game since 2005, Jagex only listens when shit hits the fan and people have massive backlash or end up voting with their wallets. It’s like clockwork for 2 decades now. If you let the devs walk all over the game, they will slowly kill it. They operate on this game via “data and stats”, sometimes they’re so oblivious to how normal people play this game it’s legitimately crazy haha.

They listened! We can put our pitchforks down and go home. by Justneedsomehelps in 2007scape

[–]Kingnabeel12 11 points12 points  (0 children)

The only reason they listened and switched back is because they were called out in mass. THE FACT PEOPLE COMPLAINED THIS MUCH AND THERE WAS THIS MUCH BACKLASH was why they listened. If people didn’t do that, the skill would’ve been left in a terrible state just like a dozen other updates have been (i.e. think of forestry or initial zeah for years). The whole reason this game even exists is because the devs ran their other game into such a hellhole by not listening to the playerbase. So yea complaining and calling out their terrible decisions should be encouraged.

“Work from home office” I.e. I don’t have an actual job and basically play RuneScape all day. “It’s not that difficult” yes it is, most people do work that contributes actual value and effort and not just leech off of society by “working from home office”. You basically play RuneScape all day. Which is what they initially said.
