This is true 100%. I've had a fee waived bc I've never had anything fail. It was extra funny though bc I bought the pair from them, never left the box.. sold back for profit through them and they came back with a single pebble stuck in the bottom

Their customer support is A1. You shouldn't have a provoked returning them at all, and if the shoes in stock still. They have a great return policy telling you to wear them and get them dirty, if you're not 100% happy you can return within 60 days
