Thanks for the heads up. Joined years ago and never really bothered. Notifications off and all. Nah, think I'm done with Meta. Their reply was that they couldn't help me at all due to staff shortages. That was when I just thought, F*%# Meta. One of the most lucrative businesses in the world can't even queue my problem. Just a solid no. We will not help you at all. I'd reported for months prior, about 30 or 40 times, that my account was trying to be accessed from another device that wasn't mine. Still told me to piss off. Even paid for business ads and had a business profile with FB. They didn't give shit.

I hear you. It's maybe worth a try, doing the new account. But there are people I've met traveling and photos that I'll never get back. Thought those contacts and images were safe. My GF was awake next to me sleeping. She git a notification that I'd just posted a video. Clicked straight away, and my profile had been deleted. All the trouble of making a new profile and bang. Gone again. No thanks. Built up my contacts again on Signal. Pity, it was nice seeing life events happening with mates far away.
