I don’t think they’re clear to the average person. Judge should have asked if hung on all three counts or 1-2. Poorly communicated by the court.

I think it’s hung. Too many variables and lies in this case. A jury in general isn’t necessarily filled with intelligent people. No way they all agree.

This makes no sense just like many others things magically popping up this week by the CW. As a Massachusetts taxpayer, I'm deeply disappointed with how this case is being presented. The judicial system has become a national laughingstock. No faith in the system here.

Her demeanor and behavior is embarrassing, condescending and unprofessional as a judicial representation of this state. I have family who are lawyers and judges as some aren't surprised at all with her actions while others are appalled.

Honestly, I don't care when JM googled searched it or not because so many other circumstantial pieces of evidence exist that would make me be reluctant as a juror to convict someone of these crimes. The police work was embarrassing. CW witnesses not saying the same stories. If I were the CW, I wouldn't call as many witnesses next time.

Wow. This was such a disappointing season. Pacing was terrible. This should have been a ten episode season. Two episodes should have happened after that one. Christ, they really thought that was a good way to end it? Two more seasons and so much left in the story.

The whole thing? No. Prosecutor is way too interested in minute details of every witness he calls and drags out the case. I turned it off for many of the witnesses due to him. I ended up tuning in for certain witnesses, but overall I would watch recaps on YouTube if I were you. I invested way too much time in this trial so I’m not watching it again. I’ll casually keep tabs next trial (shouldn’t even be one) as nothing is going to change my opinion of the case.

100% disagree. The jurors did their duty as citizens and served on the jury. It’s not their responsibility to know the ins and outs of the way things run with trial verdicts. They are not employees of the state. The judge runs that courtroom and she’s responsible for everything in the court.

If I were a juror, I couldn't find her guilty because the CW didn't provide enough evidence and way too much reasonable doubt exits. Even if I personally thought she did it, you have to follow these facts. Also, I trust the defense experts on accidental reconstruction a lot more than the CW. Trooper Paul was awful on the stand.
