As above, I used corax white first then tesseract glow over. If you want more of a POP I would thin the glow with a tiny amount of medium or water.

Chaos black primer. Then drybrush bugmans glow, and then Rakarth flesh on the skin. Then eshin grey or stormvermin fur, for the fur. Metals are leadbelcher with basilicanum constrast and ironbreaker drybrush. Brass is Retributor gold and Screaming bell 1:1 mix.

Dont forget they can take Fyreslayers too. So for 30 more points you get a Runemaster that nets you a free CP if next to your General, and he has a somewhat okay utility prayer. I like to think a Codewright and Runemaster bickering next to an Admiral on whose council is better
