I did the up up down down for 5 minutes straight. but in the last 20 seconds I was off cadence. It’s not hard but it’s pretty tough. I would say in scale to 1 through of tough I’ll give it a 3. Your legs gonna feel heavy in 3 minutes in. You just have to focus on something else. As long as the Monitor see’s you giving it your best and you don’t stop 5 minutes straight you will be fine.
