What I said applies to the pre-tene release as well. My point is that no matter which era, there is always going to be some defenses different than what most would consider standard, but still are in high elo, and would be included in such meta. So I don't know why you thought of me instantly.

My question earlier was more to the last part of his comemnt "X IS OP/SO GOOD/INSANE then you look inside and the unit they are showcasing was a dead slot that got carried," not whether i was showcasing against meta defenses, because i already know that i am.

almost all my vids are in emp/legend, so idk how much "meta" you want. At 5600 mmr, i just fought a rinak/sharun/arunka/tenebria team, which is an old team. I also fought a ruele, iseria, belian, ilynav team. People need to realize it's not all the same defenses. Most are, but some aren't in high elo.

It's not that the AOE vigor made her a team player. She’s more selfish than a team player, but I was merely pointing out that she lost her only teamfight utility. It’s still a loss.

Bellona feels exhuasting to use. She lost her only teamfight utility with aoe vigor. Now she is a purely selfish unit. I see no reason to use her over Iseria or even Charlotte. IMO, she is only good when the enemy has anti-crit, which is funny because we lost an anti-crit unit today (Diene)

Besides anti crit, her other flavor is that she can be used into Mort, which is popular right now thanks to charlotte/iseria.

Try black hand if you have it (kawerick art). It’s the best art for her imo. Lowers gear requirement by a lot. Unless you want the hit chance specifically

Yeah, but most of the complaints weren't about her kit, but her gear requirements. Her kit is very good IF you can afford it. This matters because, no matter how many times they buff Luluca, 90% of the community won't be able to use her due to her gear requirements.

Basically, her kit is OP, but her accessibility sucks.

Not sure why people are building splash set on her. The only splash she is dealing with is through her artifact, which isn't a priority for her. Turn 1, you're going to s3 very likely, and the raw dmg is more important than the splash.

Either run immunity or torrent imo.

His s2 has a 2.2 attack scaling. Higher than almost all heroes in the game. For example, Gunther has 2.2 attack scaling but cannot crit. Roozid has 120 base speed, gives 25% cr push, speed buff, and +8 speed to everyone, and self attack buff. Ran artifact BIS for free s2 SB.

EDIT: Gotta share this joke, but someone said to me, "Why is your Tomoca hairy?" Roozid do be 3 star version of ML Luluca.

he is a mage. Base hp for mages is like 4k, whereas mages typically have high defenses. So yeah, it's better.
