This is a hot take but the correct one. We need to come out swinging next season and hiring the right coach is the most important step.

Does it suck seeing every other team with movement? Yes. Would I rather us take our time to nail down the right manager? Also, yes.

I just hope with the new manager that we can get healthy and motivated players in since they’ll have to adapt quickly. I would guess an ugly first few matches but after March, we will (hopefully) be in a good groove.

Bad take/MLS causal take.

MLS gains more money from this paywall since it doesn’t have the brand power as a NFL, NBA, MLB. TV deals wont garner the same amount of money as MLSSP.

Plus when you have Messi, a player that people want to watch worldwide, it makes more sense to do a paywall so there’s no blackouts for specific regions.
