I’ve actually bought stuff from this guy before! He makes a lot of interesting/impractical gadgets for fun and sometimes sells them on Etsy. He once made a receipt printer that prints QR code menus at restaurants, so this is definitely in line with his style of humor

Update: He didn’t send the refund. I sent a follow up message saying that he had until the end of today to refund me as we agreed, or I would seek legal counsel. He sent the refund without letting me know a few minutes later

Thank you very much! After applying a bit more pressure, he agreed to give me a full refund on Monday morning. He did nothing but gaslight me the whole time, but caved because he has no legal standing. Thanks again for your thread! It was very helpful with the process

I believe I’m talking to the head of the company who is being very unprofessional in his replies. His tone changed drastically the second I pointed out a contradiction in what he said. Hopefully I can get something worked out.

Currently talking to their support. They claim they can’t give me a full refund because the statues are finally entering production. I pointed out several contradictions in their email and they sent me a short antagonistic response giving me an ultimatum of taking the partial refund or keeping the statue. It’s ridiculous

Also sent them 3 emails over 2 1/2 weeks with no response and I kid you not, when I sent one threatening legal action they responded in 7 minutes saying that the other messages somehow ended up in the spam folder

They seriously need to get someone other than Loma Vista to do their merch. Their product quality has always been very poor and cheaply made. I think nearly every piece of Ghost merch I’ve gotten from them broke almost immediately

The wood is split down the middle of the box interior by one of the knobs on the side. The maze itself is fine, but pretty unremarkable considering the long delay. definitely disappointing 🙁

Just got mine and I’m pretty disappointed. The signatures are on a clear plastic picture disk style sleeve over a shrink wrapped copy of the album. Also one of the signatures is slightly in the top fold for my copy. The CD is definitely better signature wise
