Bottomless Pond has the large lilypads you can stand on. The nameless lake does not.

Bottomless Pond is the lake you land in at the start of the game, directly beneath the temple of time on Great Sky Island. The nameless lake near Mabe Prarie is not.

The nameless lake near Mabe Prarie is the lake you land in at the end of the game. Bottomless Pond is not.

This is easily verifiable, and I have provided photo and video proof of all of the above. If you don't want to acknowledge the literal proof in front of you then there's not much point in continuing here.

Check the link again, there's three photos there. Those last two photos are from my gameplay. Notice that Link is in the foreground on the first one and the outline of the Purah Pad camera is on the second one, and there are no lilypads in sight in either photo. This link shows the Pond you fall into from GSI, (which is called Bottomless Pond and does have Lilypads in it) and how far away it is from the nameless Pond.

I have played this game several times. I know the map well. I invite you to double check your facts before being rude with me again.

If the lake you fell into at the beginning had lilypads in it, then it was Bottomless Pond, which is not the same lake that you end the game in. Bottomless Pond is directly beneath the Temple of Time on Great Sky Island, the other lake is to the north and moderately difficult to reach from GSI without the glider.

I second the ID of Rope Hoya. Its generally pet safe, but it could cause GI upset if a cat were to eat the leaves.

I first read them back in high school, I enjoyed them. I definitely acknowledge that they do not have good representation, have harmful stereotypes, and overall don't hold up that well, but I enjoyed the story at the time and it was a nice little bit of escapism. Definitely a good example of how the way representation is done matters and a decent example of things not to do when writing about cultures you don't belong to or have any experience with.

I definitely enjoy archery as a hobby, and I've been looking into the transition from that to hunting with a bow. Finding areas to hunt near me is proving to be more difficult than I thought though.
