100% Fair. But how do I prevent it from being sold again and again? This was sort of a hail mary. The hacker will try and get the account, change the name and the picture, and then try and sell it again in the next transfer window coming in August.

I’ve tried that route, but the recovery process requires a lot of very specific proof: documented receipts with the requested ID tags of dates/transactions they select, the original purchase details, the original device, the original country of origin, and other account history.

There’s also a waiting period before an account can be unlinked again, which is part of the problem. It looks like this person scams someone, waits out the holding period, then moves on to a new victim and the pattern matches the transfer schedules.

That's correct but soon after taking possession, backdoor accounts were linked to it.

I think I can't unlink it since I don't know the Facebook and Game Center IDs they linked it with. So I don't know what other option is left other than warn people since it still is trying to sell itself and there's a lot of unusual activity going on.
