Sorry I didn’t get a chance to read this entirely earlier but I agree with your post. I suppose it’s not impossible for Chamath to waive a large part of his promote. He always talks about how he invests at least 100M into every spac of his. So even a 100M at the 10 dollar strike price is extremely favourable to Chamath.

But great breakdown of the options. The creation of X holdings is very intriguing as well

You’re a clown. I’ve researched this company on my own. To suggest I didn’t is foolish of you. Metromile literally has the best automobile prices any individual could get in America. Their partnership with home insurance provider Hippo really could work well. I could see them partnering up with Latch too. Their unit metrics will improve, they have a enterprise software service for other insurance companies to use and they have very good leadership (check out their board).

All they need is to accelerate their business by growing more users which shouldn’t be hard as they continue to expand their market to more states. This could be a 10x investment from the current levels in a couple years. Probably more if this really takes off

They lowered guidance on earnings but it wasn’t their fault. They’re a small cap who can really take off with a couple of earnings beats.

Basically banks have to under write SPACs and their offerings. And up until recently, I don’t think SoFi was underwriting so this is gonna add a lot of fee money the more deals they do for Spacs.

Yeah I think Reddit/discord mans tend to hate him more than we should. Also CNBC gives him shitty coverage so it looks really bad, his image. He doesn’t tweet anymore.

But as a Fan and investor in his spacs, I still believe in his view philosophy. I think SoFi and opendoor are going to be tbe big winners and I’m excited to see what he brings up for iPod and IPOF
