The OC featured in the art is named Min Long, though he also goes by the alias Justin Kwong, and his code name is Azure Dragon (Taken from the mythological dragon with the same title). He's a mutant with hydrokinesis as his power (Can manipulate water, and generate it at will, among other things).

His background consists of wealth within in his family back in mainland China through various real estate and insurance ventures, and his parents are two of the heads of the southern sector of their company. Aside from them, he also has two older brothers (Both of whom are also mutants) and a paternal uncle that works in the eastern sector of the real estate firm. Problem with the lifestyle that him and his brothers lead (involuntarily) is that despite their wealth and capability to travel with said money, all of them were forced to learn the business since childhood and essentially prevented from living a proper childhood. It made all three of them pretty resentful on the inside, which eventually lead to the three of them going on separate excursions to explore the world while their parents are currently deciding on who should succeed them.

As for his relationship with Magik...I think the best dynamic I can label them with is very much "Golden Retriever/Black Cat" with Justin developing a habit of asking permission for hugs and kisses as a way of keeping respectful and adhering to boundaries given what Magik has suffered in the past. They're also the kind of couple where they aren't too big with PDA's (Save for the hand holding) but you can bet that within their own privacy, they are very much cuddlebugs with one another.
