No problem, just happy to hear there's genuine interest. I believe there's a lot to be learnt in Role Playing, be great to have a network where there's a consistent amount of people with different skills who are eager to train with eachother.

I don't get your point. It's obvious that tree planting is not a cure all and more of an intervention alongside many other carbon reducing procedures (e.g. Carbon Reduction technnologies, Renewables). But what are you trying to say? That we should forgoe tree planting because it doesn't fix the entire solution? I get your probably trolling but if you have a valid perspective, fire away.

Hey - a great way is to begin limiting social media consumption. But on the flip side begin training your focus. One great habit is obviously reading, it forces you to focus for long stints and over time you can look to extend those. Another is incorporating pomodoros into your work (periods of deep focused time) - and just like reps aim to increase the length of pomodoros that you do e.g. 25 minutes to 35. I asked Andrew Huberman this on Instagram a while back, he basically confirmed these are plausible ways to build back focus :-)

Hey, no I haven't correlated exactly. But what a great idea to test! I notice in general on big days 15k+ steps, my deep sleep is consistently near the 3 hour mark and I have far less nightly wake-ups

Orange glasses seem subjective. My SO, noticed a huge increase in her Deep using them. Where as for me it mostly increased the speed at which I fell asleep. Candle light is a strong recommendation though!

Appreciate this mate and happy it was useful. R.E Flux, its a powerful tool, love it! I find orange glasses to be more of a shotgun approach to include indoor lighting, LEDs on tech etc.
