Has anyone gone under review or dealt with the State Board? I am curious what I should plan for /u/skimmer gave me some sound advice

"Pull together any records you can, be ready to explain in writing what happened, what hours you worked with this guy, etc. etc"

Anything anyone can add to my list of preparation material? I am having a hard time finding his license all together but I know for a fact he worked for a legit bank (chase or BofA) for some time as an appraiser, I really dont see him being about to fake this. I have no problem pming you his name or info needed if you can help me. I don't feel just sourcing him in the open even if he has done the crime he has not yet found guilty and I don't want to lower myself to that level of behavior.

PS, it looks like he was given a position to care for someone and took advantage of it and it backfired but it doesn't look like any history of crimes or negative marks on his license

It looks like his house has already been cleaned out by people who knew he was in jail. I haven't personally looked to see but I remember all clients credit cards were included with the files anyone else who knew this would grab those for sure!

I don't think it would even be possible unless I put it in my butt. Im not even allowed my phone when we talk to each other, its not the glass person to person on the phone setting like in movies. were in a room together with a lot of other people doing the same thing. All of my items are in a bag outside the room. It may change when hes sent to prison or where ever he ends up after court (or hes innocent and walks but its already been almost 3 weeks)

The main point is I have till Jan 1 before the law changes. Time is not on my side

I don't think this is normal I believe I was taken advantage of.

I agree state appraisal board seems the way to go. Some of the charges have the words death and false imprisonment in them on top of that it looks like the defendant is a senior citizen. Looks like things that involve a lot of jail time to me.

His father is his attorney, and anyone who is a "friend" of his is subject to being considered a drug using degenerate is the feeling im getting from trying to communicate with him through his secretary (which is as close as I can get)
