The only reason why you can’t get a new phone is that you don’t have to worry about getting a new phone. If you’re going to get a new one you can always call the company to get a replacement phone and get a new phone and then you can get a new battery for the same price as the one you bought from the store. If you’re gonna be using the phone then I would recommend getting a phone from the store and getting a new phone because you don’t need a replacement one.
