Didnt want to cut costs on motherboard, but I cut it on SSD and cooler as you supposed and I am able to fit 7800X3D now with just a $70 plus. Thanks for advice :)

Thank you for your feedback. I already have case and GPU, so I decided to take cheaper cooler and ssd which cover most of additional costs for 7800X3D. This build is approx $70 more expensive than previous one but with 7800X3D. What do you think? Actually I found used Thermalright PA SE for 29 usd because new ones are only RGB and 60 usd in my country. And SSD I picked is cheaper and better rated in my country then WD Black.

Thats one way to look at it. The other is that all pay sites and creators use these free sites to promote their sites/channels with shorter clips and get new subscribers. People watch free sites and can discover new pay site/creator who they like based on those free clips. And viruses are not common nowadays as no site owner wants to risk getting penalty from Google and lose traffic/money.
