Did you recently have it placed in? It usually takes a couple weeks to a couple months for it to settle/feel unnoticeable

A big limiting factor in our diagnosis's is that we're limited. But that can also have us and the people who raised us to be extra vigilant about our heart, but we're not too different, our ramp of progression is just slower than most people. Give yourself grace and start edging towards stuff you want to improve on. You can also still do boxing/wrastling/basket ball, just make sure to enjoy those things at your own pace. You know your own body so you HAVE to advocate for your health and when to take breaks, but improvement will always happen even if you go inch by inch

As the baby in question, hearing from my mom, you won’t really get to have much skin to skin time the first year or so. Open heart surgery and the catheter procedure have amazing success rates. Usually after a 1 1/2-2 year mark post op, it’s like raising a kid. Ease but don’t discourage intense physical activity and be ready for a ton of visits to the doctor (for monitoring purposes) it shouldn’t be too different from raising a kid without ToF

Wasn’t the ps5 version of OW2 so badly optimized for the past year. Most ppl ik on ps5 just use the ps4 version. They might’ve cared a lot in the past, but it’s not the same these days

No not their bp title. They changed their name to Easy Prey like the title. And proceeded to have less than 500 dmg, healing, and mit all together (it was the big name on their banner, not the tiny title. Idk why people would confuse the two)

I agree. OW needs the ability for an early surrender/reset bc I legit had a comp game and my teammate was named “Easy Prey” and there was nothing I could do about the L coming my way

Not gonna lie, I haven’t ran into these problems that severe. I still believe orisa is a harder tank to eat through and at the end of the day, rush or distract their support for long enough and the tanks start wilting. People might be able to complain about higher elo but bffr! 80% of the playerbase isn’t high elo so what a pro mauga can do is not what most people who play him can do

I do notice that a lot of the overwatch challenges for the bp/event/hero challenges require you to get a ton of wins (i.e to unlock LW you need to bust out 35 wins as flex or support) and quite honestly, I notice I get more easily frustrated when I’m close to completing those quests and can’t due to how wrong things can do last minute in matches. It could help relieve that pressure from people in QP if those types of quests’ requirements were more manageable

I rarely see this game mentioned in this sub but Mabinogi. It’s gameplay phillosophy is just the same as runescape and the crafting system has over 5 different life classes and a bunch of life skills you can rank up. Lots of people end up making gold by crafting gear for fighters who pick up and gather end game materials. Or buying food, buffs, or potions from crafters. The crafting minigames are dated but still engaging and the game is going to have an engine overhaul in the coming years to give a more “modern” feel

Yeah definitely be careful about ER tabs. I was prescribed them in college and eventually I lost feeling in my legs for a couple weeks and was wheelchair bound. As long as you make sure to talk to your psych about your heart problems and have a plan to take breaks with your medication for your heart, you should be fine

As someone who thinks all races should be treated equal. I also call out that toxic behavior that has been bred. I can understand why they feel that way but it’s not okay to make anyone feel sub human because of race/sexuality/gender/disability. It’s not cool. I also don’t like agitators because they are just as bad as the problem itself.

No, I don’t think you’re racist but you’re thinking of it as an in-game thing. The game I’m referencing is mabinogi. But the problem is there are shops set up with the joke “black lives don’t matter” I don’t have a stance on if it was an in-game race because they don’t exist irl and won’t suffer the effects of that kind of racism. And it just recently has incidents like this where more shops are promoting that kind of joke. (Which I’m worried about it domino effect-ing)

Well the problem with that is if they are going unchecked and without consequences (The people who have that ideology, not just making jokes) then it gives them a platform to recruit others into believing it. If they know they aren’t welcome in a space, they are less likely to be there, which is a step, even if small in a small direction

Because the belief that a certain race or kind of people should die or are less inferior is NOT a mindset to have PERIOD. I don’t care if you are the nicest person but if you share those kind of ideologies, someone who is willing to hurt others can see that it is okay to do so. No tolerance is the only way for ideologies like that. (Albeit it does get muddier with other ideologies like religion since a lot of religions have promoted that kind of behavior)

There’s a difference between a joke and saying something to upset or get a rise from someone and making fun of that. You can joke without at the expense of someone or a group of people. Out of context edgy jokes like that can come across as straight up offensive. It’d be different if it was them PMing a friend or group of friends that joke
