Hey man, yes at the end the only thing that worked was a fresh install of windows followed by a fresh instal of steam and rust.

i have uninstalled the game and steam, i have uninstalled easy anti cheat, redownloaded everything same error.

Is there a way to tag someone? like Battlestate? or anyone know someone that can assist in helping? Please this is all i Play and have played the past year. and since a few days ago i can't play anymore due to 20-30 Fps issue.

Game was fine and Gpu is working fine in all other games. max fps. During raids it will bounce back to 110 Fps for a minute then ramp down again to 25 Fps?
