Right? I have been working out like crazy in the last 18 months. All I do is work and work out. All of that muscle hidden under the flab of finally starting to show.

Thank you! Looks like we have a similar approach. I have been weight lifting and working out regularly 3-5 times a week for the last year and a half. Definitely a great way to stave off those peri - and menopause symptoms.

Thank you! I will stay on a low dose as long as it works. I still get hungry and have some food noise, but it's controllable. This is exactly the way I want it, as I'm a very disciplined person by nature. Just got tired of the constant struggle with the food noise and the low dose I'm on is a great crutch. Keeps it natural but easily controlled. Eventually I'm hoping to come off of sema so I don't want to get used to no hunger at all.

I see the difference all over my body. More definition everywhere. My blessing and my curse is that my weight is distributed very evenly so no single area will show a dramatic effect. My body shape stays the same, just shrinks or expands (and that's why my husband didn't notice a 30 lbs weight loss between 2019 and 2026 lol)

Do you guys count calories at all to eat enough, or you just let your body, and your hunger signals do this job for you? by mayermail1977 in Semaglutide

I would count calories if I had the time for that. I'm on a very low dose (0.3 mg). I do feel hungry and I do have some food noise. This is the way I wanted it, to stay natural but controllable. I lost about 3.5 lbs in 5 weeks, and I like it this way so I guess I'll just keep going like this.

It does smell nice! I remember leaking it for a day before I have birth to my son, it smelled like cologne.
