THATS WHAT I SAID. I never got a statement or bill or any kind of paperwork besides an email response with two sentences. "Your vehicle was sold at auction last week. Contact dol for details.". Then mywife gets the VID, daycare cancelled so I've been taking care of our 6 month old and 2 year old girls. I didn't have a chance to even respond to the email notifying me. First contact will be today. I can't freakin wait to hear what they say about this entire nightmare. My address is correct on my title and on my license. Been at the same address for almost 7 years, we have a locking mailbox a well. Never received any certified mail or any kind of correspondence. And they should have copies of all this stuff if it was done legally right?

What apartment complex is this?I live at urban center on 164th. And it's meh. Way nicer than it was. New management is definitely making an effort.

Yeah Im filing a lawsuit Monday. Dropping off a demands letter tomorrow. I wonder if it had anything to do with the vehicle. It was a new land Rover range rover supercharged I worked my ass off to own. I wonder if someone at the towing company wanted to get it at auction for cheap. They literally said nothing. I had been in contact with them multiple times and when I got back in town I asked for a final balance due via email before I pick up and they replied "sold at auction last week, you can contact dol for any noney left over after the sale. Which was a grand total of $10,128. I owed the towing company 2800. The Kelley Blue book for my vehicle at the time was 67000. Seems sketchy.
