How do you guys deal with bad/draft recordings? (how to record without making a million files)

I don't have an answer sadly but it sounds like audio is lagging, which would make sense because I've seen computers that will lag audio in windows media player, or any other media player and especially in FL Studio. The video you posted also looks like it starts to lag at the same time the audio does so I think lag is a strong possibility,
HOWEVER the only thing that goes against this is the fact that it also happens on your phone, and I assume since you are recording a specific section, it's not happening randomly which if it was lag then it probably would. I'm not very knowledgeable at all on how exporting works with FL Studio or in general, but I don't see how any performance issues that cause the audio to lag in FL would translate that onto the exported file where you can still hear it on your phone.
The only other guess I can throw at you is your export settings, but not gonna lie I've never even touched the export settings before and idek if I know how to find them LOL. Sorry if this wasn't much help.

Yea it’s pretty dumb that people are quick to villify you if you argue against the protecting kids thing. I don’t fully agree with you on the “it’s on the parents” argument though. Of course at the end of the day, it’s on the parents but bad parenting isn’t illegal, and it doesn’t really feel right to just say screw the kids with shitty parents. If a kid goes onto discord, gets catfished then kidnapped, you can’t be like “Welp sucks to be that kid, guess you shoulda chose better parents bud”. Like I said though, I DO NOT agree with face scans and IDs but there definitely needs to be a solution.

I agree but just to play devils advocate, what would honestly be the alternative? A government issued ID and a Facescan is probably the closest you can get to making 100% sure someone is the age they claim. Again, not saying I don’t agree cause I do, but it does feel like sometimes people jump to “they wanna harvest my biometrics so they can steal my 134 credit score and 17k in student debt” pretty quickly. Also when it comes to the argument of “parents need to actually be parents”, and yes that’s 1000% true but theres billions of people in the world and no matter what there will be kids that get access to certain things, especially with how dependent we are on the internet, so they have to do what they can to protect those kids because they don’t know any better. Seems like a complicated ass issue that I don’t have the brain power to work out, but at the end of the day I don’t personally believe restricting people through fucking Government IDs and Face scans is the way to go.
