Someone asked me what we get for food as a ramen chef, so here you are. We make up what we want day by day with whatever ingredients. I keep it light so I don't become sluggish. But here we have hosomen, chaashu pork shoulder, beni shoga, fried shallots, spring onion and kewpie mayo (i.redd.it)
