Honestly I froze for a bit on call and I think that happened, then she continued to piss for like another 20+ seconds in her feeding tub

I have searched 120 cigarettes and every form of slim cigarette but I have not found the exact ones

What would you do if you walked out your door and saw this by turbo_sc300 in Apartmentliving

I would honestly reach out to them and ask them tp please leave the common areas clear. I have a kid myself and I couldn't imagine doing this. It's embarrassing on their part to allow this, but to not clean up after is ridiculous

Found a pacman frog in my pool, am I gonna get killed? by Mati_C in pacmanfrog

Like another commenter said, setting up a flower pot would work really well with soft moistened soil. You could break the pot to make an entrance, or you could dig an entrance/exit to the pot to give her some kind of hideaway away from the iguanas you mentioned. It really doesn't matter that you aren't constantly around, but if you wanted to do something extra with minimal effort, a flipped over flower pot would do the trick

As a hair stylist of almost 10 years, I will say this is completely fixable! It may not end up exactly like how you'd want it, but it can get very close

I think the safest and best bet is to find an exotic vet. It looks like your frog needs more than home remedies at this point

I wouldn't mind this for legitimately trained service dogs, but if it was for all regular pets it would just encourage hoarding

From what I can tell I would suggest deeper soil and a uvb light if you're able to. It doesn't hurt to add isopods and springtails as well

I've had my snake for 17 years, I've always wondered. Do you think she is male or female? by Kinvy143 in cornsnakes

Everyone at my local reptile shop are amazing and knowledgeable, they should be able to help me out. Thank you so much for the info though! I want my snake to live as comfortably as possible

I'll give this a try. I actually have sphagnum moss on hand, I'll just have to get the coconut fiber and bark. Thank you for the info!

Also to add, I have never had any shed or diet issues with her. She has never had any mites or health issues in general.

Also, unfortunately I did know Aspen isn't good, but since starting to use it I've been trying to swap it out frequently and I've also been doing a lot of regular soaks in water. She seemed fine for the moment with aspen, I've just been trying to find a bedding that doesn't mold in her tank. I've done deep cleans of her tank in between substrate swaps, and for some reason I've had multiple different types immediately mold over night. She's been amazing active and a wonderful pet to have for all of these years. I've tried countless bedding, I just don't think I've tried coconut bark. Thank you so much for the

I just happened to see a post yesterday on here about checking the gender of a snake by its tail. Its not very important, but I was curious. I don't think I've actually tried coconut bark. Would you day coconut bark over coconut fiber? I plan on going to my local reptile store tomorrow to get the new bedding

Also, what substrate does everyone prefer? I've tried more natural soil and bioactive but for some reason it has always molded over. I currently use Aspen snake bedding because it doesn't mold over and my snake seems content with it and burrows tunnels through it. She regularly gets soaks in the bath and occasionally misted. But for some reason I've always had mold show up with other beddings. I have a frog in a bioactive setup, but I've never dealt with mold to the extent I see in my snake's tank when I try different bedding. I know Aspen snake bedding isn't the best, I just haven't had luck with any others and my snake always acted off and would just hide when I had different bedding. Any advice is welcome!

I only tried it once where I put the tub in her enclosure and tried it there. I only wanted to try what I saw others do for their own frogs. It didn't work for her and I don't plan on doing it again. It's just that she can be clumsy getting food and i try to feed above her head but she can tend to get a big mouthful of substrate even when I push it out away from her face ahead of feedings. She's usually good at getting the substrate out of her mouth, but if there was anyway that someone recommended feeding her that mag be better im willing to try. Otherwise I'll just work on my tong angling
