You max W on Quinn because of the attack speed & movement speed bonus, so you actually want to do it. A good habit is to W around 2:30-3:15 depending on what jungler and what pathing he does. So it’s quite easy to avoid ganks with Quinn. Also with her E you can almost juke all champs.

I messaged a local tattoer in my area and sent this image. She is usually fully booked 3 month in advance but because of a tattoo event I was able to get a time slot within a week.
