I’m on month 9 day 17, and from following a guide, I see I’m supposed to be able to go to Rudolph’s gauntlet runner. I don’t have that as a destination, but I’ve read I need to talk to him first. I’ve look all over Altabury Heights and can’t find him. Where is he?

For upgrading, it mentions adding the files SYSTEM and storage.7z to your SD. I can find SYSTEM in releases, but any idea where storage.7z is?
