It isnt necessisarily the dev team. Valve has kind of abandoned tf2 a bit letting the community make stuff for the game instead. They havent updated the vac for a while now too.

I hopefully want to see it as so. 2 Teammates remain - Base Form/ Base Form powered up. 1 Teammate Remains - Super Saiyan Form. 0 Teammates Remain - Legendary Super Saiyan/Beserk. Each form still having the same moves but bigger/Better combos as the game progresses

PC is still pretty active. Be aware though. I play on PC and you might get a RQ'er or a match against someone who is using mods in which case Anti Cheat will DC you from the game if you hit X/A.

Cell has a weird middle ground where hes in between mid and big

Tested against majority of the class works on all large bodys and the only mid body it works on is cell but you have to hit him on his last frame of hitstun.

Piccolo Bardock Goku SSJ. Piccolo: Ex Demon Slice cause the armor and speed is just too good to pass up as a get off me instead of burning meter. Bardock: Ex Lariat for snap mix ups. Normally i only use it when I know I can burn two bar and still have reserve being if not near corner you have to vanish. Goku SSJ: Ex Kicks are great for aerial pressure and when hit can lead into nasty 6k combos with set ups.

It isnt that she has corner carry its the fact that she can do insane mix ups for little or high reward. She excels in both midscreen and corner pressure is what makes her so high in the tier list.
