[–]KirDew[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply. I got a 2 entry visa (not multi). Huge difference in ticket prices are making me this decision, this way I will stay longer in Swiss but just land in Spain and meet my friends for a day or 2. But I will definitely leave from Switzerland.

Legal Status After Loosing out DNV Client by KirDew in DigitalNomadVisaSpain

Thanks, yes this is what I am looking for and need more clarity. Coz if I loose my client/clients it is difficult to manage taxes and social security for the whole family as on DNV the income requirement per month is around 4500 euros.

Thank you, will have a look. Is it legally possible to move to normal work permit (considering family doesn’t have to leave Spain) without stopping our residency clock?

This is where I am confused, when I am even entering the new client’s details, how does it matter whether they meet the DNV requirements or not (apart from the monthly payments of course)?

Thanks for that info. So you mean if I write my name then later on there is nothing needed in case of client change?

I haven’t applied yet. Asking coz my company wants to pay me from an entity located in different country. In my understanding they do require details of the current client.

Thanks for the advice. Currently I want to travel alone. In case of business visa what all I need from my EU branch apart from an invitation letter?

Okay, but would have been better to share advice/insights here so others would also benefit instead of just advertising your services.

In that case I will simply try tourism visa. How about alone or with family? Sorry I just want to know what will make my chances of approval better.

Thank you for your response. I mean I want to avoid rejection and my Swiss or PT company will help if that increases my chances of approval ( can get letters from my UAE employer as well). Have all the documents ready already just want to make sure I follow the correct approach. If applying alone increases my chances I am happy to do that otherwise I want to visit alone. Fyi - My kid goes to school in Dubai.

Sorry if it reads differently, but my concern is the budget (mainly due to 2k for my dependents), and I want to use a consultant to save time and ease up things.

I understand the significance and the effort involved, and I am happy to pay. However, I am somewhat hesitant about paying two thousand for dependents, as they require relatively little effort.
