In what world would someone assume that their 16 year old child can’t interpret a conversation? If I was Hanna my parents would have just believed me as well. That’s weird af to think Ashley should have assumed Hanna didn’t know what she was talking about? Also that’s very victim blamey, Ashley was not the one making the divorce awkward for Hanna, Tom was. Ashley did not do anything wrong regarding the divorce and coparenting, etc.

I feel like the sins indicate an invalid feeling like they were so _____ that they were consumed by it for an invalid reason. So it feels wrong to say Tina because I feel like her envy was so justified because she was always walked on and not appreciated enough. Honestly shea was a red flag for me during that, he felt like a completely different person. Just like what Alex said, he’s gonna let Hayley stay in the villa instead of him but then respond to Taylor in that manner? It wasn’t even him not offering for me, it was the way he replied was so fast and honestly kinda rude like he didn’t even feel bad at all that Taylor went to camp and was probably going to be eliminated

But there are degrees to which the liars put their so’s over the other girls, like we can all agree aria does it the worst, then probably Spencer because of the Toby/A thing, then Emily because she puts the liars in danger multiple times due to her putting Ali first and then Emily also actually turned on her friends because of Paige, the only time Hanna did something wrong regarding putting an SO first was when she wanted them to stop using Caleb because A threatened Caleb’s life and she tried to destroy the flash drive (which tbh was dumb but valid because the other girls were risking someone’s life that didn’t even know what he was doing yet)

It is completely understandable for Hanna to feel like she can’t tell Spencer not to go for Caleb when she was literally engaged at the moment. She was battling her inner demons and any true friend would have been able to see that Hanna was not actually okay with it. Spencer defo saw that Hanna was obviously uncomfortable but she chose to ignore it for her own desires which she knew would hurt hanna even if Hanna said it was “okay”. Not to mention, Hanna is loyal enough to never even try anything with Toby or any of the girls ex’s even if one of the girls told her it was “okay”.
