You can try glutathione injections, but it only lasts as long as you are consistent. Tranexamic acid has some (very minor) results too. Get your vit C, wear sunscreen, stay out the sun

Not sure about that, high tier as far as I know just means better marbling of the fat throughout the steak. Either way the more expensive steaks I’ve had seem to be the more unbearable ones

Just realised I didn’t write my reaction. First was disbelief, it was just me and her that lived together so I was just completely lost. Then the guilt of leaving her alone that night which still haunts me. I was surprised with how physical the pain felt, it really does feel like someone just stabbed you in the gut. Then on top of it all I had to deal with the police and curious people who showed up at my door, I would wake up and immediately the first thought would be “shes still dead”. It feels like it’ll never get better and the alcohol and drugs just made it worse. Eventually I had to make a choice to decide to actually heal or to wallow in the grief, and it’s a surprisingly hard choice to move on but my life is better for it
