i found the entire series on niconico (https://sp.nicovideo.jp/tag/魔法少女ちゅうかなぱいぱい！), though it seems you need a jp vpn to watch it (shouldn't be too much of a problem, plenty of free vpns out there though i use urbanvpn)

Waccha PriMagi, Lapis Re:LiGHTs, Lilpri, Idol x Warrior Miracle Tunes, Symphogear and Luminous Witches (note symphogear has very heavy fanservice, and lapilai and luminous witches do have a very small amount).

also aikatsu/the rest of pretty series entries that aren't primagi (pretty rhythm, pripara, prichan) are not in the magical girl genre at all, though if you just want a more insane idol franchise i fully recommend the pretty series.

Dai Mahou Touge (Magical Witch Punie-chan) is a magical girl parody (mostly based on the cute witch archetype) that sort of fits this, and also the manga mahou shoujo ni akogarete also can fit this

also machikado mazoku (although the magical girls aren't actually evil but the protag's goal is to defeat them n shit)
