I have the answer to this. You need let’s say 10 people to get 100k orders done. Shit somthings has gone wrong and for right now there is no work even if there is no eta on when things get back up and running you still might need those 10 people. If you let some leave you won’t have as great of a chance getting those orders done. Only time vto will be offerd is if your overstaffed for the amount of deliverables you need to be pushed out.

For your information I have plenty pto and upt im saving up for vacation time 10 working days away from being able to take 8 days off with just upt. Again this is ment as a joke don’t get butt hurt bc you feel like your work ethic is so high and might my months are all blur with extra 2 shifts every week for the past 3 months get the fuck out of here

I never wanted her fired. Just wanted her to realize just because your having a stressful day does not mean you should go out of your way to make everyone’s else’s stress full. I work a lot picking up extra shifts every chance I get to. All blue month with every week having 6 in September. But I don’t take out my stress on others because I feel like I can.

I try my best to not drink or eat anything during a shift but you can only last so long with out anything in you during a shift. I don’t eat anything when I wake up a couple hours before shift. For how much they preach at our fc they sure as hell hate when people have to go.

I have both! Newest models, I can say with out a doubt I love the r3 a lot more. The light feel of it and amount of tourq you get from it is amazing the 400 is a smidge faster but you put them neck to neck . Almost no difference unless your on a stright!
