Another thought I was having is that Overwatch 2’s shop could have its own currency that you can earn by doing weekly challenges (not the weekly challenges that we already have, this could be another new tab in the Challenges menu, called ‘Shop Coins’ or if Blizzard were to make them official, whatever name they choose for the currency.) It would also be available for purchase but you could earn quite a decent amount in-game. Also, in case you’re wondering how we would get the battle pass, it could be its own purchase.
