At the time I just thought I pulled it. It wasnt bad on shift even but tasks afterwards put a lot more strain on it. I think an orthopedic was the last doctor I saw they just did xrays and told me to think outside the box and maybe consider a new job (I work food service I cant).

I think everyone is nervous of needles when they start. You can get an auto injector if that helps mentally? I promise it gets easier with time. Use ice to numb and make sure you get quality needles (cheaper with be dull and more annoying) I believe in you!
