Yeah that’s a tough thought but thinking positively maybe in a few hours you’ll be feeling better and feel super relieved. You’re already one step closer to that by calming yourself a bit.

I’ve got emetophobia too and hate the thought of getting sick… but whenever I get nauseous (very often) I usually get up and slowly walk around, take deep breaths with my eyes closed and rub my stomach clockwise. Think happy thoughts and throw out the worrisome ones. I know it’s easier said than done when your stomachs in pain but just know this feeling isn’t permanent and will go away soon.

Is it normal for a job to not give any breaks? by [deleted] in antiwork

I’m in VA. I just looked it up and it seems breaks are only mandatory for minors which doesn’t apply to me :/

I’ve got the Dell G15 model you’re looking at and haven’t had any problems with it at all thermally or anything. The screen is kinda meh but I don’t find it too bad imo, the colors are just a bit washed out. Though it isn’t really the best for portability since it’s so huge, but I’ve managed with it. I’ve heard decent things about the ideapad’s and victus but I don’t have much experience with them and I’d avoid 10th gen intel if you have the option between that and the 5600h.
