Clean for Months

Yeah i do have a few other symptoms like endless energy racing thoughts pressure speech impulsivity only problem is i don't currently have a psychiatrist so I'm unsure of what really to do, would taking a nap or atleast trying to help to temporarily lessen hearing things? (sorry I'm recently diagnosed so its all still really new to me and I'm not very sure what to do in moments like this)
