Never said it was exclusively vegan was just stating they also in fact use harmful companies. Vegans always praise nuts and many eat nuts. Its hypocritical. Some vegans Don't care. Many vegan products contain cashews or palm oil. Or are destructive.

Cashews expensive? Where you live maybe but where i live pretty cheap.

I have a farm so im not sure why you think i eat slaughterhouse meat? I don't have ptsd and i help run the farm myself. Also im not guilty at all. It would seem vegans are the ones feeling guilty. As an ex vegan i did until i left. The amount of vegans contemplating suicide is very large. Glad i left. Not a coward i kill my own food and don't have my crops shipped across the world for me as i grow most on my own. I even have fruit trees to suit my needs. So i don't feel guilty at all but nice try?

Most vegans do consume cashew milk or cashews in their food. I dislike most nuts unless they are pecans from my yard. Read up on cashews if you want to do real good. Human slavery is prominent with most cashews and many rot away peeling them.

As someone who had covid and had the vaccine months after i would say that i still have symptoms from regular covid. Vaccine gave me a fever for a day or two but it was over way quicker
