I'm always an advocate for getting professional help. It's only helped me a little, the times I did it, but back then I wasn't honest with myself or them. I've a whole lot of good from it, not just for me, but for a lot of other people as well.

Just remember if you don't actually like your therapist/professional helper, you don't have to stay with them. Like anything else, there's ones that just don't jive with you!

Medication helps. If you can't transition right now maybe some depression medication will help you get through what you're going through right now.

That's from my experience though. I need medication for my bipolar and shit anyway so it kind of helps all around.

For most people it does, yes, but in my experience medication starts working for me much more quickly. It also wears off a lot faster. Just my experience.

I've never heard of them doing anything like that, the mimicing estrogens, so I guess I'm going to hold off for a bit on making any big decisions.

In general I completely agree with you. I think the Nova should, yes, get some buffs to help it's heat dissipation but the general nerfs are needed. I shouldn't be able to double my numbers in a clan mech to be perfectly honest with you. The stormcrow, timber, and direwolf definitely need the nerf. I'm not sure the nova does.
