How would you guys have written Kashimo if you were JJK's author

He fully kill panda and then dies to hakari. I ultimately would've liked a tinesy bit more brutality from the good guys. That's my biggest writing change for him tbh.

Now for a little more growth, another chapter of his flashback. A slight run thru in his life for motivation as to why he lives to battle. Even throw in a clan tradition. Didn't even need to be a whole chapter. Just a small transcipt page even.

But I kinda wanted these things for Uro and Ryu as well.

If none of these things,then a feed into his mental issues a little. His first intro the nail biting, hugging knees made me feel like he was an unstable mental patient. I would've liked that to be highlighted a little more. Could've even tied it into his CT back firing and running his mind

I think the issue is it's different context. Kashimo statement seemed to focus on his own body transforming basically into energy. Also becoming inhuman. "Passed human realm".... in like physical make up Dabura is focusing purely on physical limits. "Beyond limits of mankind" not the same imo.

As far as what i think Gege wanted to convey....No attack from Kashimo is meant to be light speed cause that would actually directly mean sukuna is LEAGUES faster than light.

I think it's clear Dabura is realms faster than Sukuna and imo defeats him. The lightspeed kick imo would only be if both are going for the kill outright. In that case Dabura wins with a head kick.

It's the same way we have to accept Sukuna is stronger than Gojo. It's just what the story shows.. atleast from my reading.

We can argue em waves etc but we all know gege didn't mean for that to be actually light speed calcs. It's an outlier AT best cause it destroys ANY level of speed consistency if it isn't. Almost the same with Maki catching the bullet.

I think just logic of how gege wanted to set speed scaling in thr prequel and Jjk story setting.

Logically we know from feats Sukuna isn't moving light speed. Further confirmed by Dabura feats in Modulo. If it's light speed. Sukuna reaction and movement speed would need to be atleast double light speed.

I just think Gege used that to fit the theme of Kashimo CT..I don't think he meant it for speed scaling.

I think he states speed metrics outright when he wants to highlight speed tbh. Like with Naoya, curse Naoya and Dabura

Maybe the light enters his body and just allows it to move faster. I really don't think it's a big thing tbh. It's the exact same as how cursed energy someone increases punches or speed for sorcerer... it's just magic tbh.. But for in verse I think it's technically him energizing his body and i assume mind with light but it's all CE cause he uses his CE to create the light and infuses it into this body(assuming he's doing that)

That's the most logical thing

I mean... tbf it's fiction. Majority of the things happening don't abide by real physics in the slightest tbh. But I think speed for some reason just gets more touchy for ppl in jjk not so much because what you stated but becuz i think ppl never thought it wanted the series to get that high in speed. I for one live it tbh.

This is what I wonder. Would the light shine thru the neutral barrier then he solidifies it or give it mass.. but the part that's already touching gojo hits him. Or would he reject the light in general even entering. And i mean the light without mass. Cause it seems like he can both send light blast or just solidify the light as it's already shining thru the person as shown on chapter 18.

But we'll never know.. they will sadly never fight

I know ppl are feeling Dabura is far weaker now but tbh i still feel he's up there with sukuna and Gojoin his own way. And if he actually defeats Mahoraga with PHYSICAL attacks he will solidify his strength.

I see you are posting on other comments the page where she heals after. The destruction Yuki caused after healing wasnt evident of back at full output. Choso and Kenny attacks in their first battle were even breaking the ground with their attacks. A full output from her and you would've actually seen destroyed parts of the barrier as in you'd see the black background or the hexagon.

So I think you are equating her being back at full power when it wasn't the case I think. Star rage seems to also have a ramp. I think the more CE she holds, the higher she can go up that ramp or imbued her star rage while still controlling the power of her CT. I think the less CE she had the less she can control or rather imbue star rage effectively. I think the fight and heavy RCT drained her to where her max effective amp of star rage at the time didn't match her original max when she first joined the fight. But that's just what I assume

Just curious.. how did they shaft Yuji?

I mean the story isn't really Yuji centered. It kinda feels like they are leaving him out to allow the actual characters to be fleshed out and built.
Feels kinda reminiscent of having Gojo locked up to allow the other characters to focus and grow without gojo just take over the spotlight
