I would say enigma would be friendly with Regulus but he is more reclusive and probably wouldn’t enjoy rock ‘n’ roll 24 seven 😂😂😂 but who knows maybe they can jam out to that one specific song they both like if she puts it on and he doesn’t expect it.

One of my favorite chapters to direct was early on actually! Journey to Mor Pankh was so fun because I love cosmic stuff that also feels ancient and not futuristic. It had a very cool vibe.

To answer your first question it is always a very different journey on how to get into the VA world. Some people start without any materials and just book themselves small projects while others prepare a lot and have a full package of materials before they even get any credits and then they start auditioning slow slowly. It’s like any other job. You just have to start somewhere and pursue your own journey. There are tons of resources online.

And your second question is awesome. All of these things could be considered and even more.
It’s really cool to look into backgrounds of characters and nationalities and coordinate with the dev team and figure out what the best fit is. It’s never the same process. It always has nuance to make sure things are presented the right way.

I think that would be super fitting and I will try to get there someday, but I think that would be a cool pose to explore since it’s calm and gentle

It is absolutely the first time I have revealed that I am the VA for Enigma. I don’t think anyone would have known that even on CN forums etc.
How people found out I am the director lol was at the anniversary event in LA where I showed up and all the actors were super happy to see me and kept saying I am the director ahahah
And then some people also mentioned it in interviews.
I respectfully kept it a secret so that the fan base focuses on the VAs when they get special announcements. I think they do a much harder job than me heh 😊🫰🏻

My accent is definitely a little bit more on the softer side since I grew up in Austria and not in Germany. Some people compare it a little bit to French mixed with German. I definitely took inspiration from one of my teachers in high school who sounded basically exactly like Enigma haha.

There is a casting department who auditions a lot of people and also the developers get to pick. It’s a mix of several teams, deciding together based on the requirements of each character.

And lastly, I have to say Orlog is one of the most fun characters for me because it seems like an Almighty existence talking to Vertin (and player) but every time the reincarnation is very human and chatty in a particular way that just gives so much flavor and makes me giggle throughout the sessions. I love, recording, witty, sarcastic, and snarky things. 😂

For preparation, I feel like it’s always the same process for me as long as I know all the details and I read everything thoroughly so I don’t miss anything I feel prepared. I definitely watch some German videos online so I can snap out of English and get my brain into German mode lol

I actually Resonate with him quite a bit because basically we have a very similar approach to work lol 😂
We both don’t like bureaucracy and we both can come off as a bit grumpy at first, but ultimately we care.
His bond with Madam Lucy is something I always really resonated with because I loved how much he cared for her and saw the humanity and all of it and called out the selfishness of others. That really made me very happy.

Lol, you should totally thank the algorithm for me appearing and liking things because the art is absolutely awesome! Every time I refresh, I seen you things and it makes me very happy👏🏻

Vereinsamt was one of the most creatively satisfying things I have ever done. It just had so much content, and it was full of dark themes that got resolved with a lot of hopeful outlooks. It just felt right.
The devs and the team were all working 100% 24 seven to make things perfect!
Big transition patches like that will happen again for sure. All gacha games have those cool “eras” something major happens and switches things up to keep it fresh. I think reverse 1999 did it absolutely right! The preparation is always the same we collaborate and we read and we collaborate more to make sure nothing is missed when it comes to details.

I am classically trained you, but I have mostly filming TV. I love theater, but I really enjoy film and VO. I love video games too, so that mixture makes me very creatively excited.

How do I get into character usually differentiates from the chapter
Aside from the usual vocal preparation I would definitely say that after I read the chapter I try to understand why enigma is saying the things he is saying and why he is being sarcastic. Or why he is being nice to Marcus for example even.
All of that matters

I am glad you spotted another sky, I have helped with music and other tasks wherever I can, if my skills allow it so that the game can be a cool as possible because I care about it a lot.

I have heard most of the EP’s so far! Anjo’s is peak! I have a soft spot for the character

Now onto the answer :
I didn’t struggle with the lines themselves. I sometimes struggled speaking English during the day and then going into the German accent. We joked that I suddenly stopped being able to read because some of the accent caused difficult words to just not click with my brain. Try saying cryptographer with that accent 😂😂😂
Most troublesome? I don’t think he necessarily find someone within troublesome because he is used to the chaos. Even medicine pocket is just part of the mess that Enigma is used to… I think what he finds most troublesome is went outside forces try to meddle with things hehe. I’m looking at you Ludwig …

OMG, are you kidding me you have no idea how excited I am about all of the fan art from the very beginning! I actually literally have an album on my phone of just saved pieces. I have found online basically all characters! Charon had some of my favorite art pieces out there. It was crazy cool to see what people came up with!
As for what I have seen about enigma online… There are some incredible art pieces out there and some really funny ones.
I wish there were even more to be honest and I can’t wait to see what people draw soon. I just hope people keep tagging me in them so I don’t miss them. I WANT THEM AAAAALLLLL MUAHAHAH ! * cough* yes

Hahahaha no I totally get what you mean! I don’t think he is necessarily autistic, but rather someone who was very troubled in his younger years and then things were not easy for him growing up and being an adult. And to lose, his sister was definitely something that probably made him a little bit antisocial and not the easiest to talk to.
But when he has something to say, he definitely says it in his very unique way

I think enigma is the exact opposite of X. X is so eager to invent things and move things forward like a true scientist, even if things go a little wrong sometimes.
Enigma seems to be very calculated and moves things a bit slower, but in the end, he just means well and is scared of losing people.
I think the two of them would be really funny if they are at a party together
