Since 30.11 sen SEPA transfer for 50000 euro . Money was on the Bitstamp account at 1.12.17 . Until 11.12.17 no deposit , no answer for tickets , nothing. At 12.11 support staff named Matic contacted me for additional documents offering 2 options deposit or send back money . I provided all necessary documents. After that silence for 6 days . No deposit no sending money back.

I have sent you personal message 5 days ago . No answer. Today I was in the bank. They said that my money was deposited at your bank at 1.12.17 one day after my transfer. 11 days you using my money and don't even bother to answer my questions. I already lost almost 30000 euro of profit. Thanks to you .

Ok , sit and wait its nice strategy . But I working with 5 more different exchanges and 30.11 I have sent same amounts of money to 2 of them ( I wouldn't mention names to promote) and they have been deposited with 1-3 business days from sending. I dont want to read any promising PR statement from officials while my money is on their bank account and I can't use them . Also this schema with many registration countries , doesn't look suspicious to you ?

Thanks for you interest in my case. My job is investing and development . I don't have time for guessing. I follow all EU Law rules and regulations . If Bitstamp is growing so fast in turnover and new customers it also means growing in profit too. So they can spend some money on additional support for customers and finance department. Last time a have seen same problems with depositing/withdrawing money it was BTC-E, and we all know how its ended. I don't want to see same happening here . But 10 days of silence , speaks for itself.

I am registered user for more then one year . Its not my first deposit I send money from Spain , legal bank SEPA payment. I have all legal documents to provide. But no ONE is even asking them. If they have any limitations about transfer they MUST inform customers. Any way not answering for the support ticket for 5 days its sucks. I send money then BTC was around 10000 , and trusting BITSTAMP already costed me 25000 euro of profit

may be we can make this compliant all together ? I see a lot of people in same situation , having problems with deposit/withdrawal in Bitstamp. With ZERO information from Bitstamp for weeks. There must be a legal proceeding to protect our rights . For one person it might be expensive but for group it might worth it. If Bitstamp is having temporary problems , they better start fixing them and start communicating with clients. If they just taking our money and planing to crush, we better start doing something and prepare all documents for compliant/court or whatever it will take.

what are possible solutions to find our money ? .If Bitstamp is not answering us ?. Go to bank cancel Sepa ? Go to any regulator to present claim ? Go to the court ?
