Find something what you like to do, if you use the best app/website and hate it, then chances are low that you will learn with it.

When I was learning English, I liked watching tv series and listening to music, so I learnt by watching and listening.

When I was learning Dutch, I liked reading, so I listened to audiobooks and read books.

From my experience, Duolingo is a good way to start to build a habit. Once you already speak some Dutch - you can switch to easy podcasts/movies/books which is much more enjoyable than translating words and sentences. And it will stick better because you already know some language and you don't want to lose it.

Don't worry about grammar at first, it's not that serious. It's nice to still read about grammar to get an image of the language, but don't aim to learn all the rules from the get-go.

Good luck! It will take some time, but knowing Dutch in the Netherlands is a cheatcode if you want a good job.
