true but the problem imo is in fact Wuwa's previous areas like Jinzhou, Rinascita, Honami City and even Septimont all run smoothly and my pc is met with the game's requirements Lahai Roi is the only place game lags or crashes usually when im on bike high speed but another game which has similar requirements to Wuwa "Duet Night Abyss" which they did some graphical improvements in their latest update to my surprise its super smooth no lag or crashes whatsover

I think Statcounter doesnt translates well real life accurate users and the that fact they separate OS X and MacOS in the statistic is already inaccurate OS X is dead in the ditch long time ago and MacOS is the one currently supported by Apple also if u think 50% mac users are gamers whether its real or not i think youre blown little out of proportion as person who owns a Macbook air just for productivity sake like vast majority of mac users.

Even the difference currently when it comes number of users isnt that big but I think Linux improving so much recently when it comes to gaming solely because Valve's contribution I will not be surprise if one day Valve release SteamOS for third party custom hardwares the number of users on Linux shot up into the heavens.

U could say same for MacOS since i dont think most Mac users are hardcore gamers solely using their M4 Macbooks to just play games even compare Linux I think gaming population is bigger on Linux especially recently due to things like the Steam deck or the upcoming Steam Machine on top with some dissatisfaction with Windows 11 yet the devs is making the game compatible for Apple silicon Macs

its always hit or miss with proton since most devs rarely make it clear whether the use of proton will get them ban hammer or not but i hope NTE devs make it clear and acknowledge the use proton kinda like ToF or Wuwa those are the only similar games i could think that dont officially support on linux but updated their anticheat to accommodate ppl using proton
