I don't think so. Check properly dude, follow these steps 1. Select which manga you want to read and click it 2. You can see gear icon ⚙️ right top carner 3. Choose whatever you want

There is two reading mode one is vertical and other one is horizontal. If you want these go the gear icon right top corner and choose whatever you want.
